How do you recommend breaking in my grips?

Breaking in The Natural Grip

Chalk BOTH sides of the grips. Put them on your middle & ring finger. Slightly extend your wrist then attach with tape around your wrist. Break the grips in by doing low intensity KB swings or pull-ups.

What is the best way to take care of my grips?

Chalk up your grips for each workout to keep them fresh and dry. Remove your grips by working the finger loops off slowly. Lay the grips flat and let them dry in between workouts. DO NOT dissemble your grips.

Can I wash or clean my grips?

Do NOT wash grips, they will disintegrate if washed. Grips will need to dry out in-between WODs in order to extend their lifespan.

How do I know what grip size I am?

Our grips are handmade to fit based off of your ring finger size. Since sizing is based on ring size, our grips provide a tighter fit than typical leather grips. If you don’t know your ring size, find out here.

How long do the grips usually last?

They will last 3-6 months depending on frequency of use. The Natural Grips are easily secured with your own wrist wraps, athletic tape or our Goat Tape.

Can I buy these grips anywhere other than on the website?

How do I attach the grips?

The Natural Grips need to be attached at the wrist with either wrist wraps or athletic tape. Using tape vs. wrist wraps is really a personal choice. The grips must be attached tightly so that they will not slip during the WOD. Two to three wraps of tape tightly wrapped will keep the grips in place with no problem. Also depending on the WOD some members might want to use tape and wrist wraps. Each Natural Grip user typically finds what works best for them after a few uses.

General Order/Returns Policy

If we made a mistake with your order (wrong size, wrong product) or you have issues with the product, please contact our Customer Service department at thenaturalgrip@gmail.com and we will take care of the issue with a full refund or free replacement. 


If you made a mistake, like selecting the wrong size or the wrong product and you wish to return the order, it is your responsibility to notify us of the situation and ship the ENTIRE order back to us. If you did not enter your address or zip code correctly or you forgot to type in your apartment number, you will receive a refund once the item has been returned to our facility.  In any of these cases, if you contact us about a situation that is the result of your error, you will be instructed to place another order. 

Once we receive the order, we will process a refund for the total order amount, minus shipping. If you do not ship the entire order back to us, your refund will reflect those items not returned.  

Once the refund is completed you should expect to see it in within 3 to 5 business days.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
