Natural Grips are made from a thin but durable Zinc Oxide, 100% cotton tape, which is custom fit to your hands based on ring finger size. The result is a comfortable, breathable, streamlined grip that protects the hands throughout high-rep weight training, pull-ups, gymnastics and other activities that are hard on hands. The Natural Grip will last 3-6 months, depending on frequency of use.
The Natural Grip needs to be attached at the wrist with either wrist wraps or Natural Grip custom Goat Tape. The grips must be attached tightly so that they will not slip during the WOD (workout of the day). Two to three wraps of tape tightly wrapped will keep the grips in place.
1. Take off jewelry and ensure hands are dry and sweat free.
2. The grips are marked Right and Left for your convenience.
3. Place Natural Grip over middle finger & ring finger
4. Ensure that the grip fits snugly at the base of your fingers. Straighten the grip so that it covers your palm.
5. Attach grip securely around your wrist. (Using Natural Grip custom Goat Tape or wrist wraps)
6. Apply chalk and workout as usual.
