Background
Daniel grew up riding the Sonoran Desert in Tucson, Arizona. Motorsports has always been a big part of his life and he started riding dirt bikes when he was just three years old! In 2008, Daniel stared his racing career with off-road desert racing. He moved through the ranks over the years and began racing professionally. Crediting the tremendous support of his family, Steve Hatch Racing, and many other sponsors, in 2015 Daniel finished 2nd overall in Arizona Motorcycle Rider Association Off-Road Series.
The Natural Grip and motorcycle racing is a perfect match for Daniel. In off-road desert racing, racers compete for two to five hours. Many have said that motocross is arguably the most physically demanding sport in the world. It is extremely tough on racers hands. After long races without The Natural Grip, Daniel would frequently have blisters the size of his palm on his hand. Motocross gloves simply do not have the protection needed to prevent blisters. After trying numerous solutions, Daniel found The Natural Grip and since then, he has had no hand problems.
Between racing and training, Daniel is also a full time student at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. Along with school, he is the sales and marketing manager for Apex Illumination, an off-road LED light company he started with his brother.
