Sarabeth is an ICU/Emergency Room Nurse at Helen Keller Hospital. She has been married to her husband, Brad, for five years. Sarabeth was a competitive gymnast for ten years and started CrossFit in 2008. She is a six- time CrossFit Games Regional competitor, and has competed in USAW Nationals, American Open, and functional fitness competitions all over the U.S. Sarabeth is a professional athlete in the National Pro Grid League for the New York Rhinos. She also just qualified for the Olympic Trials for Rio 2016 in weightlifting for the 58kg class.

- CrossFit Liftoff 2015- 4th place overall
- Wodapalooza 2016- 14th overall women’s elite division.
- 2016 East Coast Championships- 13th overall
- USAW American Open (2015) - 2nd overall 58kg weight class, 3rd snatch, 1st clean and jerk
- USAW American Open (2014)- 1st place overall 58kg weight class, 2nd Snatch, 1st Clean and Jerk
- National Pro Grid League (NPGL) Professional Athlete - New York Rhinos - All Grid Team (2014 and (2015)
- USAW Nationals (2014) - 2nd overall, 3rd in Snatch, 3rd in CJ (58kg weight class)
- CrossFit 2015 Atlantic Super Regional - 9th place
- CrossFit 2014 SE Regionals - 8th
- CrossFit 2013 SE Regionals - 11th
- CrossFit 2012 SE Regionals - 6th
- CrossFit 2011 SE Regionals - 5th

- USAW Nationals (2013) - 3rd place Clean and Jerk 58kg weight class
