KIM WILLIAMS

I am a wife and mother of 3 children and 2 large yellow labs. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years and am a Registered Nurse. I began CrossFit 3 years ago in a small home garage in Strongsville, Ohio and immediately became hooked.

I started competing shortly after as I thrive on challenges. I placed 15th in the World in the 2013 CrossFit Games Open Masters 45-49 year olds and 18th in the World in the 2013 CrossFit Games. I am co-owner of NFT CrossFit in Norwalk, Ohio and I am opening 15:13 CrossFit in Grafton, Ohio in October 2013. My passion lies in coaching and mentoring and helping others learn how to live as healthy a lifestyle as individually possible. I am looking forward to the 2014 competition season.
