1. The only solution

   I have tried several different tapes to keep my Natural Grips in place during a WOD and the Goat Tape is the only that works. If you're working on a skill and focused on a particular movement or two, using regular athletic tape could work. But if you're doing a WOD that includes bar and floor work, the sweat and various wrist positions will break down any tape you try except for the Goat Tape. I don't know what magic is in that adhesive but I've given up trying to find something else.

   You have to make sure you put the grips on the way you want them because once the tape goes on, it's on!
   
   You may pull some hair when you take it off, but you can be confident it won't come apart even through a solid workout :)

   I ordered the goat tape along with my natural grips. I have used them both with the goat tape and with only my wrist wraps and I much prefer the tape, it keep the grips secure and in place so that you are not wasting time re-adjusting them. Great product to use along side your grips!

   I was a little unsure about buying this tape due to the cost but I am sure glad I did! It unrolls and tears easily, no scissors needed.I have reused the same strips 3 times and they worked great each time.

5. Grips done right

   I was a Junior Olympic Gymnast for many years and would always have to make my own tape grips when I would rip out of regular athletic tape. What I would have given to have had these then! I am an avid crossfiter and LOVE the natural grip. Best grip to prevent rip!

6. Amazing hand saving product

   Thank you for this amazing product! Every time a WOD comes up with anything but over 20 pull-ups, I fret about when my hand will blister or tear. Since using these beauties, I haven't had any tears or blisters. I even used these when my calluses weren't shaved down and I didn't have a problem. Thanks for saving my hands!!

   I purchased the grips and goat tape. I used them last night in my WOD. Kept my hands from ripping. Love them :)
