I have been in the industry for 22 years and currently hold my L-1 CF Certification, Olympic Lifting CF Cert, Mobility Cert, CF Kids Cert. I am currently is the Wellness & Fitness Coordinator for Miami-Dade County Parks and programs for over 10k kids in the After School & Summer Program. I also write for 305FIT Magazine www.305fit.org and currently sits as the Chair on the Worksite Wellness Committee for the Miami-Dade County Health Department. My passion for fitness and experience in the field sets me apart from most professionals in the industry. I have a lot of energy and desire to improve the quality of life which radiates throughout the box and ‘outside the box’.
