Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via our e-mail at [email protected]. We will handle any dissatisfaction on a case by case bases.

For any exchanges or returns to be considered you must contact our shipping department within 30 days from the date you purchased the product.

Order Processing

Once you have placed and paid for your Natural Grips your order will go in the queue to be custom built.

As of 11/1/14—Due to our current high volume of sales and orders pending we have a 15 day processing time. This means that from the time you place your order you should not expect your grips to be shipped till 15 days later. We apologize for the delay and please know that we have the entire NG Team working 7 days a week to get caught up.
