Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via our e-mail at [email protected]. We will handle any dissatisfaction on a case by case bases.
For any exchanges or returns to be considered you must contact our shipping department within 30 days from the date you purchased the product.
Order Processing
Once you have placed and paid for your Natural Grips your order will go in the queue to be custom built.
We try to ship your order in at least 48 hours. Please be aware that due to high order volume at times it can take up to 1 week for your order to ship. If you need express shipping or have a special delivery date we recommend that you place that information in your order notes as well as select the express shipping option at time of checkout.
