As an avid Cross Fit competitor since 2012, Jeff is a personal trainer who motivates clients and leads by example. Born and raised in Fort Myers, FL, Jeff returned to the area after receiving his B.S. in Exercise Science from Southern Illinois University. Jeff Evans struggled through depression at an early age, and found relief in working out twice a day, every day. “What I went through definitely molded me into what I didn’t want to be.”
After earning a football scholarship, Evans learned the importance of a clear mind, and dedication, two traits that have carried over into his life as a CrossFitter. He’s taking the sport by storm, and sums it up best when he says “a lot of people will be surprised this year and for years to come, a lot of people.”
Jeff is Cross Fit Level 1 certified and has recently competed at the 2014 CrossFit Games.
