I have been in the industry for 22 years and currently hold my L-1 CF Certification, Olympic Lifting CF Cert, Mobility Cert, CF Kids Cert. I am currently the BattleFrog Nat’l Youth Program Director. I also write for 305FIT Magazine www.305fit.org and currently sit as the Chair on the Worksite Wellness Committee for the Miami-Dade County Health Department.
